Getting Started
What does Meshworks do?
We design, measure and install made-to-measure insect mesh screens for windows and sliding doors in Singapore homes. Every screen is made to the exact opening so it seals cleanly without gaps at the edges.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us photos of your windows on WhatsApp for an estimated quotation based on assumed dimensions. If you would like to proceed, we arrange a free on-site measurement and confirm the final price before taking a deposit.
Is the on-site measurement free?
Yes. The home measurement appointment is complimentary and there is no obligation to proceed. Ask your consultant to bring mesh and frame samples if you would like to see them in your own space.
Where do you install?
We serve residential HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes island-wide, with no location surcharge. We do not operate a showroom—the consultation and samples come to you.

What types of mesh screens do you offer?
We offer retractable and removable screens, all made to measure. AirGuard provides essential insect protection, HomeGuard adds scratch resistance and a child-lock mechanism, and MaxGuard provides our highest level of grille-free protection.
Do you install on windows or doors?
We install made-to-measure screens on windows and sliding doors in residential HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes.
Can you install over existing window grilles?
Existing grilles must be removed before our screens can be installed. We can handle the removal for a service fee, itemised in your quotation before you commit.
Pricing & Payment
How are screens priced?
Screens are priced per window by square footage, with installation included and no minimum order. Photo estimates assume standard HDB dimensions; the final price is confirmed after we measure your actual window size and layout.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit confirms your made-to-measure order. We accept payment by PayNow.
Are there additional charges?
Quoted prices are net. Grille removal, when required, and any adjustment after on-site measurement are itemised and confirmed before you pay the deposit.
Measurement & Installation
Is drilling required?
We generally recommend drilling for the most secure fit. Where suitable—often when condominium window warranties or clearances are a concern—industrial silicone may be possible. We assess the opening on site and advise the appropriate method.
How long does the process take?
Your made-to-measure screens take about four weeks from deposit. Installation time depends on the number of windows, but most homes are completed within a day.
What if a screen does not fit on installation day?
If a screen does not fit because of a measurement error on our side, that is entirely on us. This is why we confirm every opening during the on-site measurement.
Warranty & Care
Do the screens come with a warranty?
Yes. Meshworks screens carry a three-year warranty from installation, covering manufacturing defects in the mesh or frame, installation workmanship, and loose screws, nuts or bolts arising from normal use.
How do I clean the mesh?
Vacuum the mesh regularly to lift dust and fur, then wipe it with a damp microfibre cloth. Retractable and removable screens can be taken down for a deeper wash.
Do you repair screens installed by another company?
We only service screens supplied and installed by Meshworks.
